• Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive tracking information via email.

Shipping Time

• Shipping typically takes 3-5 business days after processing.
• Once your order is in the hands of USPS or FEDEX, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. If you encounter any issues, please contact your local post office directly.

Address Accuracy

• Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses. If your package is returned due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for paying the shipping fee again.

Returns

• We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
• ALL SALES ARE FINAL for custom or sale items.
